Lakefront Pavilion
Discover the perfect waterfront venue for your dream wedding at Gun Lake. Our picturesque location boasts stunning landscaping and luxurious amenities, including an outdoor fireplace, patio, gas torches, and a granite bar. In the event of inclement weather, the sides can be lowered for the comfort of your guests. Our rental package includes everything you need, from tables and chairs to linens, dishware, and barware. Please note that different minimum requirements and rental pricing apply for Saturday and Sunday events versus those held on weekdays.
Bay Pointe Woods
Bay Pointe Woods is a stunning and one-of-a-kind location for weddings, nestled in the midst of nature's splendor and providing top-notch service. This idyllic location is ideal for couples seeking a dreamy, nature-inspired ceremony.
Bay Pointe Woods Ballroom
The Bay Pointe Woods Ballroom is a sophisticated and contemporary venue that can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for a dreamy wedding reception. This stunning space boasts exquisite design features, including Ralph Lauren lighting, elegant wood floors, and a charming stone fireplace. To add to the enchanting atmosphere, the ballroom also offers a covered porch for pre-reception drinks and a picturesque view of the sunset.
For more intimate events with fewer than 150 guests, the Bay Pointe offers two smaller ballroom options. However, for larger gatherings of 150 or more guests, the full Woods Ballroom must be reserved. Please note that all venue rentals have minimum requirements for food and beverage, and Saturday rentals may also require a minimum guest count and a hosted bar.
Boathouse Villa
The Gun Lake Estate, constructed in 1886, boasts a harmonious mix of classic appeal and contemporary enhancements. Featuring 125' of lakefrontage, this 5,000 sq. ft. property is the ideal setting for weddings and gatherings. It can comfortably accommodate up to 100 attendees and offers a range of configuration options, including a picturesque lakeside ceremony location and a spacious patio for a seated banquet. The rental fee covers all setup needs for both the ceremony and reception, including essential amenities like chairs, tables, linens, and place settings.
Fireside Banquet Room
Looking for the perfect venue for your rehearsal dinner or social function? Look no further than The Fireside Banquet Room at Bay Pointe! This beautiful indoor space boasts a 12' fireplace and a lovely lakefront patio, making it the ideal setting for any special occasion. With seating for up to 50 guests, the room offers all the amenities you could need, including iPhone integration, a portable bar, microphones, surround sound, a large screen and projector, and free Wi-Fi.
Keep in mind that there are food and beverage minimums for all venue rentals, and a hosted bar may be required for Saturday rentals. And don't forget - during the off-season, The Fireside Banquet Room is also available for ceremonies and receptions.
Photography Opportunities
Capture every special moment of your day in the reserved photo space, available at any time. Enjoy "Open Photo Time" from 12 pm-2 pm in various areas, with the exception of the scenic BoatHouse Villa lawn and lake patio.

Boathouse Villa Accommodations
The BoatHouse Villa offers a luxurious and spacious vacation rental for up to 15 guests. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a loft, and a gourmet kitchen, it provides all the comforts of home. The stunning sunrise and sunset views can be enjoyed from the furnished balcony, while the covered lakefront veranda with a fireplace and private dock offers a perfect spot for relaxation.
Guests can also have a fun time in the game room with a pool table and shuffleboard table, or unwind in the second outdoor cabana bar in the fountain courtyard. Surrounding the villa are beautiful flower gardens, and guests can access all the amenities at Bay Pointe Inn Resort. Some weekends may require a minimum night stay and a hosted bar package, but additional nights at the BoatHouse may also be available upon request. For more information, guests can speak with their dedicated Sales Manager.
In the event of bad weather, the venue offers a contingency plan which can be coordinated with the Catering Events Manager. Additionally, a one-hour ceremony rehearsal will be held the day prior to the event, with final confirmation of the time two months prior to the wedding date. There is also the possibility of a rehearsal on the day of the wedding.
